During our immersive workshop, you’ll explore the diverse world and history of cheese with a curated selection of five distinct cheese styles, all made by female cheesemakers. From creamy bries to sharp cheddars, each cheese tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and terroir.

We will delve into the nuances of cheese production, exploring topics such as cheesemaking techniques, regional influences, and the art of cheese pairing.

Included is a toast of sparkling wine to whet your palate.
